Most builds are completed within 5–10 business days depending on part availability. We'll give you a timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.
Nope — we handle all procurement. We source parts from trusted retailers, and you see the exact cost of every component. No inflated prices, no mystery markup.
That works too! If you already own a case, GPU, or other components, we'll build around what you have and only source what's missing. The procurement fee only applies to parts we purchase.
Absolutely. If you're local to the RGV, you're welcome to be there during the build. We can also send progress photos and updates if you prefer to stay in the loop remotely.
Before we hand off your build, we run sustained workloads on the CPU and GPU to check for thermal throttling, instability, or defects. We benchmark performance and verify everything is running as it should — no surprises on day one.
We've got you. Reach out and we'll troubleshoot with you. If it's a hardware issue, individual parts are covered under their manufacturer warranties, and we'll help you through the RMA process. You're never on your own.
